Backing Horses

This clinic is open for all levels of experience.  Some may know nothing about backing horses and others who want to expand their knowledge.  You are welcome to bring your own Paso for the day (stable rental £10/day)

The day will cover how to start your youngster.  The lecture/demos in the morning will cover exercises/techniques to start your horse in the gentlest, kindest and easiest way – giving you both the best start possible.

10am – Arrive – every participant will receive a manual for the day where they will have written information on the techniques they will see and can make notes of their own.

10.15am lecture/demos with Rachel Bowen – participants are encouraged to ask questions during and after lectures.

12.15 – 12.45pm – Lunch – please bring your own lunch

12.45pm – 4pm – Half hour sessions with Rachel and/or Yvonne Bowen (depending on numbers).

Cost: £60 per person
